Change of booking/Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to your booked time. We charge 50% of the treatment price for no-shows.

*Sometimes more time than planned is needed to complete a treatment. For every additional 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time, half of the hourly cost will be charged.
